Many people when they see or hear an artistic artwork that excites them, immediately they relate it to "talent", as if the artist was born with a special ability to create.
Effectively not all of us are born with the same cognitive abilities, some of us are born with a more developed mind than others and despite that, in the majority of the cases (according to my opinion) this can be compensated with studies, experience and by training.
I wrote in a previous article that in my opinion creativity is like a muscle that can be developed the more you work in creating, in other words that is what finally becomes what people call talent.
So the next time you see or hear something incredibly exciting, have in mind that behind it there was an effort to develop the ability to create it.
